Richard Crevenna (born 17 October 1966 in Graz) is an Austrian medical specialist, professor for physical medicine and a medical specialist for general rehabilitation with the special subject geriatrics at the Medical University of Vienna (MUW). He is known for his basic work on cancer rehabilitation, interdisciplinary pain medicine and biofeedback. == Biography == Crevenna studied medicine at the medical faculty of the University of Graz. His dissertation dealt with a genetic subject. He was habilitated in 2004 at the Medical University of Vienna (MUW) with a study on oncologic rehabilitation in physical medicine. In the same year he was named associate professor for physical medicine. Crevenna completed his study 2010 with a MBA in health care management and 2011 with a MSc (interdisciplinary pain medicine, algesiology), both at the MUW. He is also trained in geriatrics. Since 2014 Crevenna holds the position of the pro tempore manager of the ''Universitätsklinik für Physikalische Medizin und Rehabilitation'' at the MUW. One of Crevenna's key research areas is oncologic rehabilitation, a field where he undetook substantive work in Austria and where his team trained the first patients under chemotherapy in Austria as well as the first patients with bone metastasis worldwide.〔Crevenna, R.
